EVERYTHING!! Most shop owners think they're doing you a favour by selling you their wares. It drives me crazy. I've actually walked out of a shop one time when the owner was busy chatting with someone in the back while I waited (politely) for him to finish. As I walked out, he shouted "Can I help you?" As I walked out, he shouted “Can I help you?”

This usually goes on during the entire transaction and the only time they ever stop to acknowledge me is to take my money. Thank God for the Internet and self-checkout lanes.
